| Personal History | Avram had a pretty happy childhood, with one major exception. When he was Nine (9) years old, his Father (A security officer aboard the U.S.S. General Iroh) disappeared mysteriously while on shore leave. No evidence was ever found to point to "foul play", but he was never found either. His Father's best friend was with him on the shore leave, and was initially a "person of interest", but no evidence ever came to light and the investigation was later dropped for lack of proof. His mother (A science officer in Starfleet until her retirement) raised him alone for the next several years. She grew close to her Husband's best friend as he supported her through her grief, and they eventually began dating and married shortly after Samuel was declared legally dead Six (6) years after his disappearance. Avram always suspected (and still does) that Thomas had a hand in his Father's disappearance and has never trusted the man. This has led to a very strained relationship between Avram and Esther. He has not spoken to either of them since the day he departed for Starfleet Academy. |

| Service Record | 2348 - 2351: Starfleet Academy, Earth 2351 - 2352: Starfleet Academy, Vulcan Medical Specialist Campus 2352 - 2358: Medical Officer, U.S.S. Thunderchild Notable Event: In 2355, the Thunderchild was hijacked by Romulan forces. During the hijacking, Avram showed great courage by treating the injured while being threatened by the hijackers. 2358 - 2367: Assistant Chief Medical Officer, U.S.S. Rhode Island Notable Event: In 2362 the Rhode Island was responding to a distress call from the U.S.S. Sarek. When they arrived, it was discovered that the Chief Engineer of the Sarek was a childhood friend of the Rhode Island's Chief of Security. The engineer and the Captain of the Sarek had both been critically wounded, and Avram had to triage one over the other, as time was running out for both. He chose to save the Captain, as her injuries showed a better survival chance, and in doing so made a long term enemy out of the Security Chief. 2367 - 2371: Chief Medical Officer, Starbase 42 Notable Event: In 2370, Starbase 42 sent medical teams to respond to a plague ravaging a nearby colony world. During the teams treatment of the infected, it was discovered that the plague was deliberately manufactured and was being used as an Invasion tool by a rival government. Soldiers of the rival government attacked while the medical team was still on site, and despite the heavy fire being taken by the camp, Avram and his team were still able to discover and manufacture a successful treatment. 2371 - Present: Chief Medical Officer, U.S.S.
